Who We Are
Radical Love & Liberation Counseling, PLLC is a modern mental health practice based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We were founded on the belief that everyone-regardless of background, identity, or circumstance-deserves access to compassionate, affirming, and quality mental health care.
Our practice is built on the principles of multiculturalism, social justice, and radical love. We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their experiences, process their pain, and work toward healing and growth.
We center the lived experiences of those we serve-particularly individuals and communities who have been historically marginalized, minoritized, and underserved by traditional mental health systems.
What We Do
We offer a range of therapeutic and professional services designed to support healing, growth, and connection across the lifespan.
Personalized therapy for adults navigating trauma, grief, identity, and self-worth.
Supportive therapy for couples and families working through relational challenges.
Healing in community through group sessions tailored to specific needs.
Clinical supervision and consultation for counselors seeking growth and licensure.
Why We Do It
We believe that mental health care is a fundamental right-not a privilege. Too many individuals and communities face systemic barriers that prevent them from accessing the support they need and deserve.
At Radical Love & Liberation, we are driven by a vision of a world where quality mental health services are accessible to all. We work intentionally to reduce financial, cultural, and systemic barriers to care.
Our name reflects our philosophy: radical love means showing up with compassion, authenticity, and an unwavering commitment to each person's humanity. Liberation means supporting our clients in breaking free from the cycles of pain, oppression, and trauma that hold them back from living fully.
