We are in-network with most BCBS-NC and Aetna plans. We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your mental health benefits and confirm that we are in-network with your specific plan.

If we are not in your insurance network, you can still work with us using self-pay. We also provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Additionally, we partner with Thrizer to simplify the out-of-network billing process.

A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. After each session, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.

Thrizer is a service that helps simplify out-of-network billing. Instead of paying full session fees upfront and waiting for reimbursement, Thrizer works with your insurance to handle the claims process, so you may only pay your estimated out-of-network cost at the time of service.

Our sliding scale is offered based on availability and is designed to help individuals who may not otherwise be able to afford care. If you're interested in sliding scale, please let us know when you reach out, and we'll discuss options with you.

For self-pay clients, payment is due at the time of service. For insurance clients, any copays or coinsurance amounts are due at the time of your appointment.
